Steelwork Installation

Trygar fabricate the metalwork in our fabrication facility, and then erect and install on site, therefore ensuring continuity of the highest manufacturing standards. All site teams hold up to date CSCS accreditation. All our employees are trained to the highest standards. All onsite work follows strict health and safety guidelines as laid out by HSE. All our work is carried out under risk assessment, method statement and permit to work procedures.

Our erectors/welders are all fully qualified appropriate to their trade, any additional access equipment will be supplied under our health and safety procedures: cranes, scissor/boom lifts, fork truck or plant equipment that is
required to safely install the equipment. All operators hold the relevant qualifications for equipment under their control.

We take great care in ensuring we comply with all health and safety procedures and staff is always kept up to date with the current regulations for your peace of mind. Any site-specific requirements will be considered during the quotation stage of your project.

Our fabrication and structural activities range from procurement of all types of materials including specialist connections, cold rolled galvanised sections, purlins and sheeting rails to the fabrication and installation of both light and heavy structural steelwork.
