The project manager has the overall responsibility for the project budget, schedule and project quality. Every stage of each Trygar project is governed by a quality assurance system that is accredited in accordance with ISO 9001.
Procurement is undertaken in accordance with well-defined procedures, from approved suppliers.
Standard procedures, protocols and test documentation are used from the initial design through to the final performance qualification.
Maintenance Contracts
If maintenance is not part of your ‘core business’ this can be a costly process to employ multiple trades personnel, keep stock of venerable items and supervise/manage the maintenance department.
We have a network of Technical Support and Service teams operating regionally, backed up by our in-house expertise, head office management and administration team. Taking out a maintenance and service contract with Trygar will allow you to concentrate your efforts and expertise on your core business.
